We aim to make delivery simple and transparent.
1. Order Processing
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (New York time) on business days typically begin processing the same day

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day

Processing may take up to 7 business days during high-volume periods
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Processing time refers to order preparation and is separate from shipping transit time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
2. U.S. Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change pricing at any time without notice.
We make every effort to display products accurately, but cannot guarantee exact color representation across devices.
3. International Orders
International shipping is not available at this time, but launching soon.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
5. Duties & Taxes (International)
Duties, taxes, and import fees vary by destination.

In some countries, duties and taxes are included at checkout (DDP)

In others, they may be collected upon delivery (DDU)
If duties and taxes are collected upon delivery, they are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
6. Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, consistent with our Terms of Service.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by carriers.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.
